RECEPTION OF THE MERCHANDISE
If the package has significant damage with which it is believed that the product could have been damaged, it must be rejected and notified. Casa Palma immediately within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt of the package.
DELIVERY TIMES
Hours of operation for receiving purchases through the portal www.casapalmashop.com , are: Monday to Saturday 11:00am to 06:00pm. The customer accepts that, if his/her order has been registered outside of the purchase reception hours, it will be sent in the next available time slot.
WEEKEND DELIVERY TIMES
Orders placed online on weekends will be processed the next business day. The delivery times for merchandise are: Monday to Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This schedule is subject to change due to extraordinary situations. The customer accepts that he/she must have someone to receive his/her purchase during these hours. Casa Palma will not accept as a commitment special schedules that the client writes in the fields of the order form and will only accept as a commitment what is indicated in this document.
